Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing you with a transparent and efficient shipping experience. Please read the following information carefully regarding our shipping policies, which vary based on the product group and your shipping zone.
1. Order Processing Time:
We typically process orders within 1-7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding Polish public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central European Time (CET) on a business day will be processed the following business day.
2. Product Groups:
For shipping cost calculation purposes, our products are divided into the following groups:
- Group A: Small accesspries, tables, bowls, small sinks upto 20 kg
- Group B: Medium size sink, tables and other product above 20 kg that do not require shipments on pallets or in special wooden boxes
- Group C: Large or heavy items that require shipment on pallets and special wooden boxes
3. Shipping Zones:
We ship to the following zones:
- Zone 1: Poland
- Zone 2: European Union (excluding Poland)
- Zone 3: Switzerland
- Zone 4: Asian and Middle East Countries
- Zone 5: United States and Canada
- Zone 6: Australia and New Zealand
4. Shipping Options & Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the product group(s) in your order and the shipping zone you select at checkout. The available shipping options and their respective costs for each product group and zone are detailed below:

Delivery Times: The estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping zone and the chosen shipping method (which might have different costs within each zone). You will see the available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times at checkout. Generally:
- Zone 1 (Poland): 1-3 business days (Standard)
- Zone 2 (EU): 3-7 business days (Standard)
- Zones 3-5: 7-21 business days (Standard)
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
- Please be aware of any import restrictions in your country. We are not responsible for any issues arising from prohibited items or incorrect declarations in the destination country.
- We recommend providing a physical address for delivery to ensure smooth delivery.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages:
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (or the expected delivery date for lost packages). Please include your order number and any relevant photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will do our best to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with our policies and the carrier's procedures.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address. The customer may be responsible for any additional costs associated with retrieving or reshipping the package due to an incorrect address.
9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders):
For orders shipped outside of Poland and EU (Zones 3-5), please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for information on these potential charges.
